Arranging a Visit

Parents who are considering St. John’s for the education of their children are welcome to visit the school by contacting the school office on 01438 714283 or emailing us at admin@digswell.herts.sch.uk

All new parents of Nursery children will be invited to a meeting and coffee morning with the Nursery teacher either before their children start, or shortly afterwards. During the coffee morning the children will be able to spend some time in the Nursery.

All parents of children entering the Reception class will be invited to a meeting with the Reception class teacher before the children start. Children will join the Reception class for one morning per week over a short period of time. These visits will take place during the second half of the term prior to that in which they start.

Parents of older children wishing to transfer their children to St. John’s may visit the school by appointment. They may bring their child with them when shown round the school. A child transferring is invited to spend a half day in the class in which they are placed prior to starting.
