Homework
Each day, please read your library book between 10 – 20 minutes.
Reading to your parent/carer and discussing what you have read is really important. It would be brilliant if this could happen at least three times each week.
TTrockstars needs to be completed daily between 10 -20 minutes. Logins will be printed out and sent home. This can be done on a tablet/computer/ laptop/ mobile phone.
Home learning bingo! (optional):
Below are a range of activities to be completed. You may wish to complete one a week. These are due in the last week of the half term.
Practice your 2,5,and 10 times tables. You can write them down, say them aloud, or use online games.
Write a short story (150-200 words) about a magical adventure. Remember to include a beginning, middle, and end.
Make a sculpture out of clay, playdough, or recycled materials.
Draw a map of your local area or a made-up island. Include a key.
Create a short fitness routine (5 exercises) and teach it to a family member or friend.
Draw or paint a picture of something from nature (trees, flowers, animals).
Research a famous landmark (e.g., the Eiffel Tower or Great Wall of China) and write a short paragraph about it.
Go on a nature walk and make a list of different plants, animals, or objects you find.
Practice identifying and shading fractions of shapes (e.g., 1/2, 1/4, 1/3)
Use old magazines or coloured paper to create a collage that represents your favourite hobby.
