Our School Prayers

Our school has special prayers that we say each day. We have our school prayer, lunchtime prayer and end of day prayer. During our collective worships, we may also share a spontaneous prayer as well as the Lord's prayer. As well as a time for prayer, it is also a time for reflection and calmness / spirituality.

The Lord’s Prayer is the prayer that Jesus taught his disciples, when they asked him how they should pray. 

The Lord’s Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven,

hallowed be thy name;

thy kingdom come;

thy will be done;

on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses,

as we forgive those who trespass

against us.

And lead us not into temptation;

but deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom,

the power and the glory,

for ever and ever,

 Amen.
